THE OBJECT OF THE TRUST SHALL BE AS FOLLOWS:
1) To bring up the SHRI SHRI SHIRDI SASIBABA Temple as a worship place by people of all faiths as is being observed in Shirdi.
2) To perform poojas and celebrate festivals at the shrine, that are hitherto followed at present and as decided by the Executive Committee from time to time.
3) The Trustee shall take all possible steps to proba gate Shirdi Sai Culture as stated in ‘’SHAI SATH CHARITHRAM’’
4) To arrange for spiritual tours for the sai Devotees as]a and when demands made by them to Shirdi, Brindavan etc.
5) There shall be a monthly meeting of the trustees to disuses about progress of the trust and to carry out the object mentioned above.
6) To give financial aids by grants to deserving students and to conduct workshops for all ages to promote art.
7) The application of the trust estate assets and funds shall be done without distinction of Nationality Religion, caste, class or sex.
8) To coordinate with activities of organization having similar objectives.
9) To perform Annadhana at the shrine on the occasions of import festivals and Aradhana.
